It seems to return to the ca', mythical Valtellina cuisine of the gnocchetti years, cotechino in sauce, fresh ricotta, seasoned local cheese, sweets... all of production own.
And good cristian, your farm is really special, in the midst of the woods of the orobic Alps, side Valtellinese, the kitchen is a delight, exaggerated lazzoccheri and the taragna an Excellency, the service as you must and the correct price.
