This place is just like any other gas station. If you're not a rewards member, you have to pay extra. I recently tried to buy gas, but when I went to pay, they told me my card did not go through. I didn't get my fuel, and now it seems I probably won’t be getting my money back either. I give this place zero stars and will not be returning.
I pass by Albion several times a day, often rearranging my appointments just to stop at this store because they have the cleanest restrooms and the staff is incredibly friendly. They always greet you warmly when you walk in. I've never had a meal there that wasn't delicious. The only issue I encountered was once when I bought an expired prepackaged donut, which was my oversight for not checking the date. The staff apologized and promptly replaced it with a fresher one. We won't consider stopping anywhere else; the convenience of this place makes it worth traveling a few extra miles.
I would like to know why they keep a drunk worker there and fire my pregnant fiancé when she had a doctors note even telling the manager she didn’t need to miss all those days just the one night she had been given medicine by a doctor. After saying that Shaun then proceeds to tell her they no longer need her services due to commuting to work over a doctors note. Tell me do you really think you should have someone like that as your company’s manager I’m filing a major complaint if it doesn’t get resolved truly and soon I’m filing for a lawsuit against your company due to your capabilities of following the establishment policies. Taking money from someone’s family just to allow someone that doesn’t even care by getting drunk and clocking in is far beyond what you could possibly due as a company.
If I could give less than one I would. I went in to get a sub sandwich. The glass protector was dirty and couldn 't really see the items. When I told the girl that it was dirty and I asked if she could tell me what an item was she literally said Subway is just down the street, go there. I told her to clean so we can SEE THE FOOD. Don 't even bother. Customer service is HORRIBLE!
The staff at Casey’s are always so friendly and helpful! They can always make me smile! The pizza is extremely good and the atmosphere always welcoming!!! The facility is always clean and a lot of choices of fresh salad and cold sandwiches as well as great pizzas and I can’t forget the cookies and donuts!!! Top notch place!!!
