What User doesn't like about Subway:
I encountered a disappointing experience at the restaurant. There was only one person working, and while she took my order, she didn't follow through with it, leaving me waiting. I would rather drive 20 minutes to another place than return here. View all feedback.
Nothing is wrong with the subway. parking can sometimes be a problem. if they don't get the park in front of the door, they can get happy parking at the train station and to foot up.
Beautiful aroma as soon as u come through the door, everything fresh, well staffed , so fast efficient service ....what a fantastic business....
I walked into your store an straight away, your staff member Danielle, yelled out hi, can you put a mask on , aggressively and wasn 't polite about it.I responded with how about you say hello before attack me about a mask, its called being polite Danielle then sighs and gets smart with me, saying i did say hi I explained i have a medical exemption, would you like to see it?Shes like, nah don 't worry, walks away and could not even apologise for he aggression and accusations.WHY **** ASK THEN!?I then explained to your manager on duty, that i get abused and treated like I 'm a virus and not a person and i dont deserve to be treated like this. He didnt respond and did nothing to pull Danielle back, it came across that he condoned her behaviour.Ive been told that this unhappy girl is like this to everyone, and that she is abusive and intimates staff and clients, she clearly isnt a good fit to work with people and isn 't too happy being there.I have been a regular for some time, but now i don 't feel comfortable to come into your albion store, thinking ill be walking into an argument.
More expensive than other subways, and average staff,
Worst costumer service, specially morning staff (9:00 am 30/9/21) needs to be trained she don’t now how to communicate with customers.. I don’t know her name otherwise I would have mention it.
