Tout est maison et d'ailleurs on se sent comme à la maison à tel point que même repus après un bon dîner, nous sommes restés à discuter un bon moment !!

Da provare per gli estimatori, assolutamente.Prezzi ok, per la Corsica (35€ in due, senza vino ma con 1 dolce)

Ensuite plat du jour sauté de veau av... read more Cuisine et ambiance familiale chez jojo, on s'est régalés. Charcuterie Corse pour nous, beignets au broccio pour le petit. Ensuite plat du jour sauté de veau avec raviolis au broccio. Celui-ci a dû être mijoté très longtemps, la viande était très tendre. On sent que c'est la cuisine " maison". Pour ceux qui ont besoin d'une carte avec 50 choix, il faudra passer votre chemin car ici c'est plat du jour ou rien. Dessert crème brûlée à la farine de châtaignes et mousse de broccio avec coulis de fraises. Un couple très charmant bien que jojo n'ai pas la langue dans sa poche . Cet endroit vaut vraiment l'arrêt !

The elderly owner is very proud of the food that they serve and, on his advice, we took a three course menu, choosing two starters of charcuterie Corse and beignets brocciu. The charcuterie consisted of peppery salami, dried and cured hams, the owner again proudly pointing out that one was his own and insisting we eat the fat which was delicious! Our main courses were veal in a rich sauce flavoured with maquis herbs and ravioli brocciu with mint both excellent. Dessert was a tartes pommes maison. Way off the beaten track, with locals dropping in for a chat and a drink and a bite to eat, this felt like the true Corsica and we hesitated before letting others in on its excellence but it so deserves to be better known.
