It was a glorious day outside and the view across Albert park lake was sensational as a backdrop for lunch. The food was pretty special too. We spoilt ourselves by starting with the Xiao long Bau (soup dumplings) and these were scrumptious and filled with hot tasty soup. We also tried the fried chicken pieces but whilst these were good, the portion size was small for the price. We then treated ourselves to the sautéed milk with crab and fried scallop (velvety, rich and textural), as well as the snow crabs with ginger and spring onion and noodles. The crab was super fresh, delicate and meaty. We were truly sated and loved the fresh seafood that was served to us. Service was exceptional as befitting of a place like this. Definitely a place for that special occasion, but expect to pay fine dining prices to suit.

Walk into a modern and classy dining space overlooking the lake in Albert Park.They offer a range of different dishes, with hot pot and ala carte options available. We went for dinner and decided to order dishes to share. There was a good variety on the menu and we decided on the mapo tofu, fried golden prawn, steam chicken with ginger and onion, egg white cooked with crab meat and the Sichuan style fish cooked in chilli and oil and the dishes were accompanied with rice.The dishes were cooked well and the flavours were good. Our favourites were the Sichuan style cooked fish, and the steam chicken was really good. For desserts we went with their special which was the steam milk with ginger and the osmanthus jelly. Really enjoyed the desserts as they were light and were not too sweet. The staff here is attentive and the level of service is good. Really enjoyed our meal here and would be back to try the other dishes on their menu or even the hot pot.
