We have been regular diners at loft since it opened. Today we found the new owners decided to change the price of the crispy pork from $26 to $36. Chewy and not crispy!! After spending a lot of money there, today was the last time. Without customer service you have nothing. I hope the new owners realise that we help pay their bills. Cheers
Great little spot with super tasty food. Although needs to update menu to reflect what's NOT available.. if your not doing certain things then it looks bad to just have lines through the menu?
Energetic staff, they could go all night without stopping during this busy period NYE. Great singing voices ! Food was good chef came out to say hello and he’s a sound man
The chief made lovely food. Sad that management ruin it, by not handling funds properly, not paying their hard working wait staff, any staff in general. Most of them contacted fairwork because they were not! Being paid. They are still owing one worker pay from 4 months ago!!! Shame on you ingred and Toni!! Unacceptable behaviour. Your food is pricey and you stiff your hard workers!!! Haven't eaten there since, will not be supporting such a business, until it makes right its wrongs to its staff.
