We ordered the vegan fl... read more We visited frederick's based on a review here, but we found it to be average. They were sold out of one of the 2 vegan options they had. We ordered the vegan flatbread with hummus and toasted veg (which apparently is like a toasted sandwich) and got them to veganise the cous cous salad. We found both dishes were lacking flavour. We also had to pay the same price for the couscous salad, even though we removed the meat and cheese. Just go to alkaline cafe instead. Updated from previous review on 2019-01-09

I can't recommend them very much if they are looking for high quality catering. it was so wonderful, delicious gluten-free and vegetarian options included. thanks sam and personal for such a fabulous service!

It took 25 minutes for it to be served in a... read more Quite a disappointing start to our holiday! We paid almost $100 for breakfast for 4 people just to be disappointed. It took 25 minutes for it to be served in a non busy hour. The eggs on the Benedict were overcooked, the sauce tasted sour and had to ask for the elements like maypole syrup be served with what presented on the menu. The fresh juice was only commendable. I do not recommend it.
