We decided to try this restaurant since the other place was packed, and I'm glad we did! The service was excellent, and our meals were ready in about 10 minutes. I had the rib fillet with mushroom sauce, buffalo wings, a Caesar salad, and garlic bread. It was a delicious meal, and the portion size was very satisfying—I walked away feeling full and happy. The price was quite reasonable, totaling $34 for the meal (excl... View all feedback.
What Modesto Pacocha doesn't like about Albany Creek Tavern:
We had lunch on Saturday, Service for drinks were slow but food came out fast. However out of our party of four, two of us had steak and it was overcooked. Still nice, but not what we ordered and a little over priced . Hence the 3 star rating View all feedback.
We attended a friend's going away dinner last Friday night which was our first time dining here, we had a decent size booking of 12 the restaurant was packed and sometimes this shows with the service and food but this was not the case everything was extremely good so much so my partner and I pop in again for lunch today once again it was amazing best Bruschetta we have ever had. If you like your food delivered in acceptable time, cooked to perfection, big meals good value for money, friendly staff and a nice clean comfortable restaurant to enjoy all this in Albany Creek Tavern is the place to go. We will be back often.
We love this place! We have never had a bad meal and I love that we can walk home after a few drinks
Wow had lunch there with my friends and the food was amazing, and the staff were great, good job to the team there will be back very soon
My partner and I had a great night!!! The food was great , thank u to our host Lynzie for resolving an issue that came up, very helpful, professional and friendly . She's an asset to the venue, which we will be visiting more frequently now
It is very important when you decide to eat at a place like Albany Creek Tavern aka Graziers Steakhouse, that you have realistic expectations or you're going to set yourself up for disappointment. If you are coming to Graziers expecting upmarket restaurant meals with table service, waiters and fancy cutlery: you're in the wrong place.<br/ <br/ I live locally and admittedly, I choose to eat at different venues in the area over a place like Graziers. It's not that I am an elitist or food snob nor is it because I think Graziers is bad. But, I have been here a few times and the experience was just as you expect for pub food. They have the basics, the horrible pub carpet, Keno and sports on TV screens. They do steaks, chicken parmigiana, ribs and a few other things.<br/ <br/ I have only ever ordered a steak from Graziers, specifically an eye filet (my go to steak of choice). Every time I have asked for it to be medium, it has come out cooked medium (to my surprise). I've eaten steaks at tonnes of places and Graziers has managed to cook my steak as asked (and people I've dined with) every time. Does this mean the food is always good? No. But this is my experience, not someone else's.<br/ <br/ If you want to dine somewhere with the punters, senior citizens and casual diners with no pretentiousness whatsoever from the staff and venue: Graziers is great. The prices are cheap, especially in comparison to the much larger hotel up the road which is arguably at times $10+ more expensive for comparative meals (you know the one I am talking about).<br/ <br/ Is Graziers perfect? Definitely not. But you have to realise it's a pub serving pub meals and they're not always going to be amazing. If you want complex flavours, more variety and a less pub-like experience you should go elsewhere.
