Zaxby's - Albany

Typical zaxby's, drive through was long! But they did have people outside taking orders to speed things up. Very popular place. Food was very good. Customer service was good. Definitely will go back to this Zaxby's.

Zaxby's was great. I always frequent a Zaxby's when I'm in Georgia. The employees were patient and kind as we checked everything before we left the window to ensure that our order was correct. We had 3 separate orders and one of them was especially involved so we wanted to make sure that everything was prepared properly and it was. Thanks to this great team of employees.

The sweet girl that took my order just made my day. Very polite. Good was great as usual.

The food at this location is not good at all. I was extremely disappointed my boneless wings were super dry seemed overcooked the honey mustard sauce I had them coated in didn't taste like it normally does. I recommend going to the slappey location by Krispy Kreme over this location.

Food and service has changed too much and not in the right direction. I remember when I couldn't wait to order a salad. I also ordered the funnel cake. NO!
