The service at this restaurant was extremely poor and unprofessional. I will not be returning again, especially if I have children with me. I was very dissatisfied with my experience and believe the staff could benefit from customer service training. View all feedback.
A restaurant in Albany, Georgia is known for boasting about the flea market. This behavior is off-putting to customers and there have been reports of the staff putting period blood on burgers when asked for extra ketchup.
I recently placed a mobile order with Wendy's during my lunch break at work. I ordered a Dave's double without mayo or ketchup, with extra onions and pickles, and a side of fries without sea salt. I was pleased to receive my order fresh, hot, and accurate. I hadn't visited this location in some time due to previous poor customer service experiences, but this time the food was delicious and the customer service was significantly better. While they could still work on being friendlier and more engaging, I was happy to see the improvement. I hope they continue to provide positive customer experiences for their patrons.
The drive thru was efficient in delivering my order in a timely manner and the service was excellent!

If only I could give zero stars just for the rudeness and disrespect my husband and I received when placing an order at Wendys store #00001269! My husband and I were very nice and polite and we did not receive that from Wilmona taking our order! She continually seemed frustrated, somewhat taken back at the register as we ordered, was not listening while continually rolling her eyes as we ordered! Just really unprofessional and unnecessary! My husband and I kept having to go ask or get things corrected because of her attitude issue she wasn't paying attention and could care less to hear what we were saying during the order being placed! Instead of speaking or addressing her about her attitude that was received I hope after this review someone will do the right thing and address it, it does not belong in customer service at all! My husband and I wanted to eat Wendys and enjoy the dine in experience once again! We did notice other things in the restaurant which was a huge box with other boxes inside that sat on the far end table. An employee backpack was just laid over one of the high tables. The drink machine is almost out of options because it is carbonated, the machine also was running very slow. After each time the button was pushed it would stop and had to wait then pushed again, it took about 3-5 mins. to get a drink! Professionalism and upkeep is a must! One more note, please keep the tables and floors clean at all times! Overheard another customer complained about their bathroom toilet running, and Wilmona who placed our order shouted to that customer WE KNOW Customers not only pay for food but also for service! Treat your customers better Wendys!
