During breakfast hours, the staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered a cheese omelet with sautéed mushrooms, accompanied by crispy hash browns and raisin toast. Everything was cooked to perfection. I had requested my hash browns to be crispy, and they were just right—crispy on the outside and steaming hot on the inside, paired with sautéed mushrooms. What User doesn't like about Waffle House:
The service here could use some improvement in terms of timing. When customers call in their orders for pickup, they shouldn't have to wait an additional 7 minutes after arriving. View all feedback.
Cook made a great job on both orders the waitress was wonderful the facility was well cleaned I love the east albany waffle house .
Food was excellent first time I ate at waffle house that food was delicious. Nice waitress.

Only open restaurant on east side. So I stopped in for a meal. Tge meal was good. The staff needs major training on appropriate conversations when customers are present. They provide way to much information.
Christy was the nicest and the most polite server I've had at a waffle house, The cook English had a bit of a messy kitchen but was a great cook. Thank you guys so much.
