Noho Pizza - Albany

I ordered a small paprika pizza about her website the estimated time I was given and went. 35 minutes after the supposed delivery time I called her and asked her where my order was, they claimed they had never got it, so I told them that I paid her online about their own website, checked her and there was the order. So they told me that they would send another one and that they wouldn't give it to me for free, because I only had a 10% tipp. over an hour and a 1/2 after I ordered it finally I got it and it was hardly even cooked, the crust was not even warm the cheese was not even melted together and it was just terrible! I had never got such a bad pizza order and experienced such rude customer service not ever order from them! I usually share the crust with my dogs and they wouldn't even eat them.

Very disappointed, the rating is misleading. The pizza was old and dry and to make matters worse, there were flies landing on them!

I'm really frustrated. Noho, I often love your food, but your delivery experience is extremely inconsistent. Last week I got the lasagne, which comes with garlic bread. They were *great Great enough I decided to order it again tonight after a crummy day. Tonight's lasagne seemed to have ridden on its side on the way over, was only 2/3 the size of the portion I got last week, and this time was mostly sauce. Also, they forgot my garlic bread.I know this is a tough time for restaurants, and I'm a pretty chill guest. Stuff happens. This isn't the first time this has happened, but it might be my last ordering. Last time there was a problem I called and they sent the missing entree from my order, but made it feel like I was imposing on them. This time I was too tired and hungry to try and wrangle a fix and wait another hour for it.

Good pizza. I had an eggplant slice and a pepperoni mushroom slice; they were both pretty good. So were the garlic knots.
