The elderly lady at the register is the only reason I didn't rate this place a 1. The service took an incredibly long time. I placed a mobile order and was told I had to wait, even though I clicked the "I'm here" link 5 minutes before arriving at the speaker. There were only two sandwiches and a large order of fries. When I asked about the fries, I had to wait for them to finish cooking, and they ended up being overcooked and underseasoned. It was the lack of seasoning that really disappointed me. The staff was consistently polite and friendly, so I have no issues with them personally. I just wish the service was faster and that the food was hotter. The place seems to be in disarray. For a quick bite, it's usually decent through the drive-thru—almost on par with McDonald's.
