Hott Stuff N Butta - Albany

This place found on Google while cooking in search of good seafood. The assessment was 4.8. That made me happy so that I made my husband for lunch on his birthday (Valentine's Day). WORTH IT!!! We decided to get the El Jefe food (which we had left in the night enough for dinner) and it was delicious!! We also tried the lemon cake... delicious! And the chocolate chip cookies. I've been thinking about when we can get back since then. Apart from eating, I loved the vibe. The owner played great music (70's 80's Funk and R B) and was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will return soon!

Sometimes I wake up in the morning and find some food. This morning was the fish and chips. I found myself on my phone where I found HOTT STUFF N BUTTA. The name itself touched me, but the photos were what sealed the deal. Especially the shot of a philly cheese steak. A philly cheese steak with fried shrimps on it. HOTT STUFF N BUTTA is ready to break all the rules. I added my fish and chips with shrimps. The bread is incredible and the attention to detail, except the way the shrimp is cut to ensure that everything is cooked evenly, is impressive. I'm going back. Frequently.

I wish I visited this place earlier. I love catfish and very skeptical about order because everyone doesn't do it right. The fish was cooked and very well seasoned. The Pommes were good too.

Delicious seafood, wings, and desert! A friend I found this place on Google. After reading the reviews, we decided to give them a try. I am from the Chesapeake Bay/Hampton Roads area of Virginia, my friend is from Mississippi, so we know good quality seafood. This resturant did not disappoint! The owner Butta was so kind and professional. The steamed shrimp were cooked to perfection, catfish cooked very well and fry enough to keep the meat from having a mushy texture. The fried shrimp platters were cooked perfectly, no rubbery texture AT ALL! The chocolate cake made by Mrs Butta was soooo good!!!!!!! I drove from Saratoga for this seafood and it was worth it!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Best food I’ve had in a long time. Even the atmosphere was different. Whenever I’m back in town this will be one of the places I visit again. Thanks Hoyt Stuff and Butta
