This was the best donut I have ever had, served up from a friendly young lady who steered me in the right direction. I just wanted a little sweet treat after a long day at work. I asked her advice between a maple old fashioned, and the maple buttermilk. Without hesitation she steered me towards the buttermilk.I walked out and realized the bag was warm. What User doesn't like about Happy Donuts:
Donuts are great. The service is not. You will push as many donuts as possible into a box, even if they are frosted, so by the time you brought the donuts for your family to eat the freezing is everywhere on the other donuts. If you ask for an extra box or a larger box, they may not be all smashed together, they give you an evil look and an attitude. Pretty disappointed with my visit today. View all feedback.
The donuts are fantastic, but the service leaves much to be desired. When you order, they crammed as many donuts as they could into the box, regardless of whether they are frosted, causing the icing to smudge all over the other donuts by the time you get home. If you request an extra box or a bigger one to prevent the donuts from getting smashed together, you might receive a disdainful look and an attitude from the staff. I was quite disappointed with my visit today.
I absolutely love her ham and cheese croissants! The staff is really friendly, and they always greet me with a smile when I choose something from the menu.
Morning lady has a really bad attitude. She hurried to order me and was not friendly. I noticed that the other lady wasn't happy with her attitude, but maybe she can't say much. Maybe it's better at different times, but I had no good experience.
Absolute best croissant I have ever had! Awesome customer service. The host has wonderful personality and generosity.
The donuts are consistently good. The staff is friendly and welcoming.
