Grindz Food Truck - Albany

What brings you $6? 2 musubi wraps that are made of; 2 slices of boiled spam (drilled, although I could not say), covered on both sides with about 1.5 cups of ok sticky rice, individually packed in seaweed. All combine in an average to divide snacks according to taste. What an absolute demolition. I thought that was the first of many visits, but not if this is the quality and quantity I get for my money.

All right! The spam musubi and Mac Salat are new favorites of me, and the house made Teriyaki Sauce takes everything to a whole new level. Only real complaint is the food truck is a limited menu, and the Mac salad could be a bigger shovel (but who I joke, I had left anyway). I will definitely stop by car thru in Albany to try the rest of the menu!

It's okay... it's been trying for the first time. The food wasn't bad, but I'd say it's best medium. To be honest, Hawaiian Time is much better. Better chicken, better Mac salad hands down. Grindz has Bland flavor that could be good if you retirement home style... The chicken is much too dry, people are accustomed.... The Mac salad was kind of funky as it has mustard in it, not rough, but mad and strange. Would I eat it again? For $12 a record.. I'm probably not going back.

Great food, and the order waa ready quickly. I hate macaroni salad and coleslaw yet I throughly enjoyed theirs. It doesn't have that nasty onion puke taste that American slaw and macaroni salad taste like to me. I've never liked coleslaw before. I actually liked theirs though. Plus the meal made me feel healthy. Big trucks can park in the center lane and run over real quick. I'll be back.
