Yet another delightful dining experience at Sybaris. My husband and I enjoyed the Irish toad in the bore, a flavorful dish featuring a Dutch baby pancake, house made sausage, Guinness gravy, and peas. It was absolutely fantastic! My mother-in-law had the butter roasted haddock, which she thoroughly enjoyed. We also shared a delicious starter of spinach-artichoke-red pepper dips. The chocolate chip mint cream brulee w... Starting with the service, it was very nice. The workers really made an effort to provide us with good service, which I appreciated. They took care of us even when they ran out of a special appetizer. The drinks were amazing, and I believe if they opened a bar, it would be popular. I required a gluten free menu, with attention to limiting cross contact. Sybaris has a separate GF menu, and were versed in taking care. The wait staff made us feel welcome. The food was amazing. I had the beef boirgione and my husband, weisswurst. The flavors were fabulous. The 3 vanilla creme brulee typed of the meal. The restaurant has a relaxed feel while providing high-end food. Extensive wine menu, but disappointed no beers were on-tap. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Creme Brulee
Had a wonderful experience at Sybaris. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was super unique, and our Waiter, Jesse, was amazing. He was very knowledgable about the food and was super helpful with explaining what the items were that we did not know. Definitely going back! A bit of a mixed bag. Bread was gummy and flavorless. Beer list was excellent, but all in cans and bottles. Two entrees were spectacularly good top notch. Well balanced, inventive, and so good. But the halibut was overcooked with a sauce that was far too strong for such a delicate and subtle fish. Great space, food service. Would love to go back for another meal.
