Bj's Ice Cream Parlor - Albany

Delish as usual but the scooping person really made this visit great. Very patient while my soft spoken children tried to order. Super efficient and knew her stuff.They got their treats and worked on them like prisoners guarding their plates at meal time. Also: my oldest swears by the blue moon flavor but I think it tastes like cough syrup. To each their own.

The ice cream is really good but they closed today at 7:00 because heating is down . We were really looking forward to eating ice cream here today. And the fact that we don 't live in Oregon and we only have a few more days here makes me sad because I couldn 't eat here today. :

I got the cookie dough ice cream and the ice cream part was good, however the cookie dough was extremely salty? I'm not sure if it was just an off batch or what but all I could taste was salt anytime I had a piece of cookie dough. My partner got his ice cream in a waffle cone and said the waffle cone was thin and brittle.

The scoop size is so small! I feel ripped off. Not worth the money

The banana split was awesome! I got vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry ice cream, chocolate, marshmallow, and strawberry topping,whipped cream, cherries (No nuts. Scrumptious!!
