Barnsider Restaurant - Albany

Worth the hour drive from Kingston to Albany to celebrate my birthday! We had a party of 11 including one toddler. I chose here because no other place local serves Beef Wellington! Not at all disappointed! Only issue was one of my guests ordered her steak well and it came out medium. It was corrected. Fried Ice Cream was to die for! Chocolate brownie warm and goggy! Dave and Ryan were our servers. Excellent job gentlemen! Thank you for a wonderful ending to an already wonderful birthday! Will be seeing you again!

Fantastic food, great staff! The Barnsider has been our favorite place to dine on special occasions and to take family and friends to for a great dinner!

Hudson-Mohawk Electronic Security Association annual meeting and dinner. Anticipating another outstanding meal for 20 hungry security folks here at the Barnsider. Outstanding food, service, and atmosphere. Our assigned waiter Chris was attentive and pleasant with everyone, while keeping the food and drink flowing the entire time. Thank you Barnsider for a terrific experience.

Dinner was wonderful! Salad bar fresh and tasty, our scallops wrapped in bacon were perfect, the steak for 2 was tender, and twice baked potato oh so yummy! Definitely will be back, it was our first time there a delicious dinner. Christian was a wonderful server. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you

We always have a great time celebrating Albany family events here. The steaks and seafood are excellent, generous pours on drinks and really amazing desserts. Highly recommend!
