Beautiful... read more A highlight of our visit to Italy last week was a private lunch served to us at this wonderful restaurant. The food was remarkable. Innovative. Tasty. Beautifully presented. Impeccably served. Paired with nice wines. The variety was perfect from fried oysters to cod to 3 different tasty pastas to a main course of grilled octopus and then topped off with 3 different desserts, each better than the one before. Michelin critic, here is where you need to be because this is your next hidden gem. It is worth the trip to Alatri to just eat here. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Bravo Chef Roberto!

We were greeted very ni... read more Slightly off the beaten track but worth a visit. They have redone the interior from a previous storage place to a lovely welcoming room. We were greeted very nicely and with 2 glasses of wine and a nibbles thing. It is more upmarket than a bog standard Italian. We couldn't make out some of the menu so just guessed. I had baby squid and then Brill, Prawns and clams cooked in a pot with olives and capers. The wine was great, slightly more expensive than usual but worth it. Well th a visit
