I then emailed to book for a different evening and they didn’t respond. I then telephoned to make the booking and in the middle of me asking about gluten-free options (he had made clear I couldn’t have the pasta or pizza) he cut the conversation off and hung up. I’m going to phone back to cancel! If that’s the initial impression they want customers to have, I don’t want the full experience!!
