Ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs were cold.
So, I would have to say that the customer service is literally the only thing keeping this place open. They’re pretty much out of everything you ask for. The food is just terrible, the restaurant is dirty, and the bathroom was a mess. Every single table is dirty with dust and some type of debris from previous guest. Almost nothing left in the toppings, and the bread was just stale. The teriyaki sauce is way too sweet now since they changed the way it’s made. They were out of Tea, both unsweetened and sweetened. There is no options for zero sugar… It’s a miracle Jared Fogle even lost a single pound with this processed junk food! The customer service was good, at least with the gentleman serving us. The other guy walked around as if he lost his dog to a car accident or something. The depression was so severe I felt I needed therapy now! Just needs an overhaul or some type of happy music playing or something? Just a dry humorless atmosphere, I feel sorry for the employees!
Overall experience was terrible. I've never seen subway this bad. I placed an online order and when I received it, my sandwich didn't have of the sauce that was supposed to be on it, and no veggies that were ordered. They also never mentioned that they were out of the foot long pretzels that cost $6 all together. My coworkers sandwich didn't have any of the items that he ordered either. When asked about the pretzels they said they could give us an extra bag of chips that only cost $1.80. Absolutely the worst experience! They used to be on their game. There was I time I would have recommended them, now.....not so much. They really need to step it up. Take responsibility and be honest. I'm pretty understanding, but they tried to hide the fact that our sandwiches didn't have anything on them. If you don't have 80% of what's needed to make a sandwich, be honest and maybe cut the customers a discount.....No bueno.
Dirtiest subway I've ever been to. I cleaned my own table, napkin was black. all tables were dirty. floors too. I didn't date go to restroom. so disappointing.
