What User doesn't like about Juan's Cactus Cafe:
This place was the most expensive and disgusting food we've ever had probably in our lifetime the meat tasted like dog food, the drinks had no refills and they were very expensive, he put mostly ice in and you get very little portions for very high money not recommended at all there are many many other Mexican restaurants in Almogordo to choose from this is the worst. And lastly very poor customer service. View all feedback.
Foods are amazing! If you don’t know what to order, try combination plate and you won’t regret. And Nachos is to die for too!!!
I wish Google let me give 3.5 stars but since it doesn’t I’ll give it a 4 because of the great customer service. I got the combination plate and the meat (ground beef and shredded beef) didn’t have enough seasoning. The rice was bland as well but the beans and guacamole were good. I also had this pineapple drink that was amazing. I’ve definitely had worse Mexican food in Alamogordo but I’ve also had way better.
I hope that I will return to this place to try all their meals.

BEST Nachos in town! It's all I get here. Some day I will try the Indian bread tostada thing though? The owner is a very sweet guy.
