Was not impressed. Waited in line from order to window for over 25mins and then the order wasn't correct but wasn't worth trying to fix it. Expensive for the quality of the food. View all feedback.
Who doesn't love A&W? The burgers are fresh and juicy, not left sitting in a heat tray. The fries are crispy and salty, just how they should be. The cheese curds are always perfect. It's been over 15-20 years since I last had A&W and it brought back happy memories of being a chubby kid. The service was friendly and I only waited about 4 minutes for my fresh fast food burger, which I was fine with.
Food was great, love the cheese curds. However the standout of the restaurant was Jerry P. He was super helpful, courteous, and awesome. That man deserves a raise. He provided better customer experience than chick fil a; which, in my fast food experience, is hard to do. He is the best.
I ordered from here twice, the food is pretty good, but they forgot fries both times and still charged me for them...
I have never been in a restaurant that smelled so strongly of overpowering dripping grease.
The dining experience was excellent. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. There were no issues with parking, as it was located up front. The restaurant is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, with plenty of room for maneuvering.
