It's been a long time since I was here with COVID. The Dine in the area was quite empty. Waiting time was about 45 minutes for implementation today. Place was clean. The staff was happy, even though they had no bones in wings. Customers not so much. They're all good boneless wings will kill no one. I still recommend Wingstop and guys I deliver. Keep your head up. What User doesn't like about Wingstop:
I called at 6:30 pm and arrived at 7:00 pm, but my order was not ready. I had to wait and it seemed like they forgot about me. I ended up leaving at 7:20 pm without anything. On May 22, 2022, I ordered a 30-piece wing package, but they had no taste and were dry. Additionally, we waited 50 minutes for our order. I would rate this experience zero stars. View all feedback.
Tired of giving another chance, got there early due to the fact when I get there on time my food is always cold. Was told my order wasn't ready for another 20 minutes, which is fine since I was Early so I waiting for my name to be called, just to not be called and me going up at the time it was supposed to be ready. Go to the drinks only to find no ice. Then went to front counter for my order, got my order from the rude employees, and to no surprise my food was cold and hard. Got home and notice my Cajun corn was missing SMDM, I'd rather drive the extra 3 miles to San Juan next time, atleast then I would expect my food to be cold due to the drive and not the store.
The worst wingstop I've been to. The service you get fits the staff they have at the registers. Those girls are rude. Especially that short little girl with an attitude. Placed an order online at 8pm stood in the restaurant till 10:02 pm and the picture below will show you what they were too busy doing
Bad service. Dry wings. Took 25 minutes to prepare while the musty manager talked and giggled with the teenage girl workers. Got instant food poisoning

It's a good reason it's at the top. The only thing I could mention is staff and potentially management. The staff does not seem to have any attention or regret in their lack of customer services. App functionality is pretty bad. When ordering online, there is no indication whether my order is ready or not, so I guess between a 45-minute window, whether my food is ready hot or ice cold. The best bet is just to eat and enjoy the food.
