Chowking - Alaminos

Wherever i go in Alaminos i m always looking for nice fast food, but since i saw the chowking reopen again i m eating there almost every lunchtime. However today March 07 there is a member of staff who provided some questionable service. When I asked him a glass of free water he served the water at the top of the wall behind my chair instead of on my table. .When i asked the manager who served the water he said ''Hindi ko alam'' (I don't know) to which I replied he should! Then all they said was sorry but I got the impression they use 'sorry' as a way to handle all complaints, and then just move on to the next customer. When a guest has a comment the management is supposed to handle this serious, this way of handling made me feel worse than the issue that happened in the first place.

There is a chowking in Alaminos, none in Lucap. The menu is standard of any chowking - I like the chowking lauriat, and choriso fried rice best. It is large and spacious enough to seat many people. Alaminos is a pretty normal mid sized town, with a large supermarket and a busy main street.

We were in a long queue and will expect to atleast wait for 5-10minutes as a usual time but fortunately all of them work fast & swift thus having or order in less than 5-min (including the time when we are in the Queue until...More

When I was eating in Chowking several dishes were not available and I had to choose something else. Despite this negative experience, the food was good and the staff was friendly.

Not sure what has happened, perhaps new management. Used to be a great place with the food you expect from a Chowking. On the last few visits service has been terrible, just total lack of caring for the customer. Food which I like when fresh, has been dried out, cold and in some cases tasted spoiled. Hope this is a temporary thing or as before could close down again.
