Employees push for tips before food has even been prepared. Decent bagel sandwiches, but if you order any customizations (e.g. jalapeno, extra cheese, etc) make sure you check your bagel before leaving as they've forgotten to add jalapenos more than 50% of the time. View all feedback.

I got desserts and it was great!! but the employees are kind of rude?? It was rush hour I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and be courteous because I’ve worked in service industry before but they were kind of rude View all feedback.

What a gem of a place! I had to go to Brookline for an MRI and I had never been there before. Kupel’s caught my eye as I was driving by and I had to go check it out. I got an egg and cheese bagel and a blueberry muffin to try and, wowzers, they were absolutely delicious! Staff was friendly and fast in service and I can’t wait to go back again!
I used to work nearby and come here every day for a bagel sandwich for lunch. Their bagels are some of the best outside of NY. They also have yummy baked goods, and I would always check for their 50% off bagged items. They go quickly! Not a ton of parking in this area though : . Fully accessible.
