Kfc - Alamein St, Beenleigh

We arrived at the KFC all the staff was wearing a hat except one not covering his hair serving food

Who doesn't like fried chicken? I love Extra Crispy, and the fries are nothing like Mickey Ds Wendy's etc.

Went to pick up a quick box meal and was really disappointed. Their prices have gone way up and the size of the sides is absolutely laughable. Worst of all was the customer service tonight. I was asking a couple questions about substituting my order and I was getting a lot of attitude the entire time. I checked my food before driving away and naturally, they messed something up. Back at the window asking for it to be fixed, all I could hear was co-workers, fighting and screaming and swearing at each other in the background... Very unprofessional. I'm done with this place for good.

I ordered a 12 peice family meal. The crispy chicken tasted like it was under a heat lamp for hours. I didn't get the gravy with my mash potatoes. This is the worst $70 dollars I could have ever spent. This establishment should be EMBARRASSED to send out poor quality food. I will recommend for people to stay clear from this KFC and just save your money.

The food was as expected can't complain. The manager on wasn't fantastic to the other customers from what I saw.Incredibly cold in the dining room, even colder in the restrooms.
