Macondo es un restaurante de pick-up y comida para llevar colombiano, construido sobre más de una década de pasión y dedicación. Todo comenzó con Maite Catering, que llevó Arepas, Empanadas y otros platillos de inspiración latina, frescos y hechos en casa, a oficinas a lo largo del Área de la Bahía. Conocida por sus sabores audaces y ingredientes de calidad, Maite se convirtió rápidamente en un favorito para el desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Cuando la pandemia transformó el entorno laboral, vimos una oportunidad para llevar nuestra comida a una audiencia más amplia. Así nació Macondo, un lugar donde fusionamos los sabores tradicionales colombianos con influencias modernas, creando algo verdaderamente único mientras nos mantenemos fieles a nuestras raíces.

The service was exceptional—everyone was helpful and polite, and the owner was wonderful!
