So congratulations to the owner (has a unique space, a very prepared young staff, at the hotel level.) as a safe restaurant that is 10 but we couldn't try the dishes because we arrived late (our fault) that if they offered us a letter (only for guests) that they have to do us a favor, the very good result, many thanks

I booked a table for dinner for our last night and got extremely bad food poisoning where I couldn’t leave the room and they wouldn’t let me cancel the table wi... read more I booked a table for dinner for our last night and got extremely bad food poisoning where I couldn’t leave the room and they wouldn’t let me cancel the table without charging me 60 euros because it was within their 24hr policy. Completely unacceptable. No other restaurant I’ve dined at has ever been so unaccomodating to a sick person. Wouldn’t go here for the lack of hospitality alone.

It felt wonderfully exclusive, luxurious and romantic. The spa treatments were the most relaxing we've ever had, and the staff throughout the property were attentive, friendly, and helpful at every step. The sunset boat trip was our highlight: the captain expertly tailored the itinerary, creating an extraordinary, personalized experience. Meals at the property were exquisite, especially breakfast with its fresh local ingredients, and the restaurant staff ensured every request was handled smoothly. The landscaping and grounds are immaculate, making every walk on the property a dreamy joy. Torralbenc is perfect for a romantic, rejuvenating getaway with flawless service and attention to detail.
