So I go through to... read more Came through the drive through. One time the worker told me I ordered wrong because I said the drinks name before I said the ingredients. Ok. So I go through today, say the ingredients, get interrupted to know what caramel drizzle. No problem. Finish the drink ingredients for the baby Yoda. Get to the window expecting caramel crunch crunchies and get black something on top. And just realized no drizzle on the cup and that's what she interrupted me for.Disappointed on a $6 drink.

The bathrooms are clean every time (hard to find at public establishments) and the music is good too!

All the ot... read more This Starbucks is just literally the best Starbucks ever, every single time I go they get my order perfect and the customer service is just top-tier. All the other Starbucks kind of messed up my order because it's very specific but this one is just above and beyond and absolutely amazing. I'm not sure what the lady's name was but she had a Cheshire cat tattoo and she was just fantastic!! even though it's early in the morning and my order is kind of odd and picky they never have a problem and are always just so unbelievably kind!! <3

After about... read more I ordered on the app at 8:00am. The app said it would be ready at 8:12am. I showed up at 8:15am expecting my drink to be on the counter. It was not. After about 15 minutes of waiting I asked how much longer it would take on my drink. The guy working therelooked at his watch and said probably about 20 more minutes. I asked simply to cancel my order and was told someone would meetme at the register to cancel it. I stood there for about 10 more minutes and then hear my name called out. At this point I didnot even want the coffee anymore. When I went to get the coffee, the worker said there you go in an extremely rude andunprofessional way. But I will say, Karma got him when he ended up pouring a hot coffee all over himself. I will not being goingback for a very long time due to the lack of professionalism and the amount of time it takes to get one coffee.
