Whataburger - Alabaster

I love this restaurant chain. Eating was excellent parking and waiting were crazy looking to be short staff, but treated it the best they could. We keep here whenever we go through and get back

Great service, but if you're going through the drive through, be prepared to wait a few; it's almost always busy. Four stars only because getting into the restaurant's parking lot is a bit of a challenge. Could be marked a bit more clearly.

Stopped in for a quick bite, even with the crowd they had everything moving smoothly. The cheeseburger was fresh and the fries were fresh as well! Nice job! Ordered six meals and four were ordered plain! Everything came out as ordered! Thank you!

This was my first experience at Whataburger, and I honestly expected it to be like a cheap burger joint such as McDonald's or Burger King. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. My son and I each ordered an extra cheeseburger, thinking they would be small like the ones at those other places, but we were completely mistaken. The burgers were enormous and came piled high with all the toppings you could want. I could barely finish one combo meal, and my son started on his second burger but ended up feeling full. You definitely get your money's worth, and the quality is quite impressive for a fast food restaurant. We will surely make a stop at Whataburger on our next trip to the South! We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. Ms. Krystal was incredibly nice and really enhanced our visit—she was exceptionally sweet and very helpful. Her wonderful service truly made our night special, and she even shared a few laughs with us. Thanks to her, this place stands out among other fast food chains. The food was delicious, and she made sure we were completely satisfied.
