Went through drive through and got a number one and it was cold to the touch. Went back through drive thru, told them the issue. Was told to pull up and was giv... read more Went through drive through and got a number one and it was cold to the touch. Went back through drive thru, told them the issue. Was told to pull up and was given another burger. This one was even colder, like out of a fridge cold. Unacceptable.

The ordering process was quick and effortless, and the food was served hot and promptly. It was simply perfect—everything I could have hoped for. The staff were wonderful, and the dining area was clean and well-maintained.

When I went inside to resolve it, the cashier didn’t acknowledge me at all and chose to serve everyone who came in after me before addressing my issue.

She then proceeded to season the fries. While I do appreciate that the manager remade my milkshakes, I'm uncertain if I will choose to return to this location.
