My biscuit was dry and hard, my smoked sausage was old, and the coffee I purchase... read more I placed my order at 8:00 on a Sunday morning and my food wasn’t fresh at all. My biscuit was dry and hard, my smoked sausage was old, and the coffee I purchased wasn’t fresh. This jacks location used to have the best breakfast and now it’s the worst.

Last week I went through the drive through, got the wrong order, called and both managers explained to me that there was nothing they would do to make this righ... read more Last week I went through the drive through, got the wrong order, called and both managers explained to me that there was nothing they would do to make this right since it was close to closing. Went back for lunch, there were no other customers, went to the drive thru. Order a chicken sandwich, via the speaker, when I got to the window was told that it would be a 10 min wait. I asked how come I was not informed of that when I made my order, while watching the employees goof off and horseplay in the back, the manager said I don't know. The management here is trash.

However, this particular visit f... read more I usually love Jack’s and have been to several locations around town. I’ve always enjoyed the food and the friendly atmosphere. However, this particular visit felt like a completely different experience. The fries looked and tasted like they had been reheated, possibly dropped back into old oil, which made them unappetizing. The sandwich appeared messy, with the meat spilling out from between the buns. The condiments were applied too generously, soaking through and covering the outside of the bun. The drive-thru attendant barely spoke, only stating the price without a “thank you” or “have a nice day,” and didn’t even make eye contact. I felt like just another number in a machine, and their expression seemed to say, “Be glad you’re leaving at all.”
