My biscuit was dry and hard, my smoked sausage was old, and the coffee I purchased wasn’t fresh. This jacks location used to have the best breakfast and now it’s the worst.

Went back for lunch, there were no other customers, went to the drive thru. Order a chicken sandwich, via the speaker, when I got to the window was told that it would be a 10 min wait. I asked how come I was not informed of that when I made my order, while watching the employees goof off and horseplay in the back, the manager said I don't know. The management here is trash.

When I went inside to resolve it, the cashier didn’t acknowledge me at all and chose to serve everyone who came in after me before addressing my issue.

She then proceeded to season the fries. While I do appreciate that the manager remade my milkshakes, I'm uncertain if I will choose to return to this location.
