I stopped a quick bite. This was my first visit to a Firehouse Sub site. Floor was a bit dirty, but it was close to the closing time and the staff was active cleaning. The service was fast and the staff was polite. Sandwich took a little longer than I expected, but worth waiting. The hero had ham, turkey and roast beef. This place is always slow to get you your food, even if there is no one in the dining room. I waited 35 minutes to make two sandwiches. The employees seem to be trained, not properly trained and absent. View all feedback.
The food is good as always. The place seemed very smoky when we arrived and our order was taken by another customer. You made my order new, it only took twice as long. Overall a good din in experience
Cashier had pain to be there and the food was less than stellar. No meat. This place used to be great. Not sure what happened. Worse than a Jimmy Johns Sandwich
This was the best sub I've ever had at a Firehouse Subs! The restaurant was extremely busy with a line to the door at times, but the employees were moving quickly and in sync with one another like a team should. There were only 3 employees on the line and 1 at the register. They were getting customers taken care of swiftly while preparing online orders. No one had a bad attitude and was focused on servicing. ?
The food was delicious. The resturant was filthy and the majority of the staff was laughing and talking. Every table was dirty. I kept moving trying to find a space that didn?t have food paper on the floor. There were 4 or 5 behind the counter. I kept thinking, why doesn?t one come out and clean tables and sweep. Great product, unfortunately, the restaurant is not inviting.
Very good sandwiches. My only complaint would be that the drink machine does not have ginger ale.
