Out of the five staff members, only one was helpful and friendly—he was the only one actively assisting customers. The others just stood around doing nothing. I placed my order at 8:10 PM and was told it would take 28 minutes, but I didn't receive my food until 9:00 PM.

There never seems to be enough sauce, and it feels like the thigh bites have more breading than actual meat.

My order was incorrect, so I reached out to the store right away. The manager mentioned that they have been receiving too many complaints about incorrect orders and instructed me to come back to get the correct one. He seemed skeptical of my situation and even suggested I take a picture of my order. He claimed the only solution was to return the food. The wait for my initial order was over 20 minutes, and I don't think I should have to go through this again. If there’s an ongoing issue with incorrect orders, they should really look into it. I won’t be returning to this place.

Would not believe what I stated or suggested i could take picture and send. He said the only solution was return food. It took over 20 minutes for for original order. I do not believe I should have do this over again. If there is a problem with incorrect orders, then. Investigate. Will not return or go to this place again.
