this is the most terrible Wendy’s I was, I visited 3 different paintings within 6 months and every time I left, it was something wrong with my order. 1. times I could not order because they closed a few hours earlier than usual. 2 times we waited 35 minutes. now, this last time we had 2 speck cheese burger and speck huhn that was missing the bacon! this is so unprofessional, and I feel when I come to a fast food rest... The food was hardly warm. old, as it was already sitting there. fries wasn't even edible. all the nugget sauces and drink options were limited by lack of storage and. Girls waiting for me were quick n friendly- about the only thing the place had on him. will not disturb again with this place.
They didn't have potatoes and chives no frost's. I will never go back. Went to the one on Mogadore Rd even Canton Rd gives you cold food and gives you waters down frosty. I'm so done with fast food places. If I was no so tired I would of cooked my own food. Sick of these fast foods places..Food: 1/5
I was currently employed here, and let me tell you what a joke! They are not sanitary at all. I honestly don't even know how they're open. The whole building is dirty, all the equipment is dirty. They don't use gloves 60% of the time. Flys and gnats all over the place, Especially the self serve pop machine. They're rude as hell to costumer's. The stuff period is a joke. I started at 7 a.m. the staff was asleep in the lobby, while the manager is on her phone ignoring customers on the speaker! They're food is definitely left out way over time, the food isn't even dated! They're giving y'all week old cheese sauce etc! And no I was not fired. I quit because their general manager has a horrible attitude, and they're just very unpleasant and unprofessional... Think about your health and well being before eating here ?
Usually this Wendy's is one of my favorites, but the last time I was there it must have been an off day. I ordered a 6 piece spicy nugget and large natural lemonade, but I was informed they were out unfortunately so I settled for a regular fountain lemonade. Still had to be pulled up because they needed to change the fountain out. Took around 10 minutes. Finally get my drink and pull away only to find out I was given regular nuggets instead of spicy ??. Hopefully it's better next time.
Came at around 9:55pm on a weekday night, took a moment to have my order taken, no problem. They did tell me to pull to the first window, and after I waited there for maybe 30 seconds and not seeing any workers, I pulled up to the second thinking maybe they said the wrong one. I’ve done it before. Turns out I was mistaken and I was asked to back up by one of the dancing workers which I had no issue with. I apologized to both the man who told me to back up as well as the lady at the first window. The lady who ended up taking my payment at the first window would not speak to me and handed mme my change wordlessly. I had to ask for a receipt which isn’t an issue, but it would be nice if it was offered. I thanked her and went back up to the second window where I got to listen to very loud music and the workers all dancing. No problem, I’ve worked a lot of years in food service, lots of closing shifts under my belt, dancing and music helps lighten the mood. I was handed my drink without a word or a straw after waiting for a few moments. Then I waited some more. Again, no problem, I know how pre close works and sometimes it takes longer to get food ready. I was finally handed my food and I had to ask for a straw really quick, the man who handed me my food apologized and told me to have a good night, to which I smiled and thanked him. It seemed a touch condescending, but I’d like to think I was misreading his expression and tone. I was extremely tired and looking forward to my small fry and burger after barely eating all day and knowing I had to be back up for work at 3am. I first ate the fries which were completely at room temperature. I was a little frustrated but decided, oh well, they probably didn’t drop fresh fries and just served the old ones after they made the burger fresh. That was not the case as when I bit into the burger, it was cold. I’m not expecting great service at night, or even great food quality, but this was just straight up bad. I couldn’t finish any of it and I wasted almost $11 on terrible food. I get that food service is exhausting work and underpaid, but really? After waiting that long? I would have rather had them lie and say they were closed or just not answer the speaker. I’m guilty of both. But making people pay that much for godawful food in this economy? It’s frustrating. I hadn’t been to this location in almost a year due to similar issues in the past, but now I know for sure that I should haul my butt down the street to the other one.
