This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. I've visited three different locations over the past six months, and each time there was something wrong with my order. Once, I couldn't even place my order because they closed a few hours earlier than their posted hours. On two occasions, we waited 35 minutes for our food. Most recently, I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers and a bacon chicken sandwich, but the bacon was missing from all of them! This is incredibly unprofessional. When I go to a fast food restaurant, I expect to be served in a reasonable amount of time and to receive what I've paid for. Unfortunately, Wendy's was the only fast food option I considered until now.

While the service was quick, they only had Sprite and Diet Coke available as drinks. The French fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil, affecting their freshness. There were no napkins included in the bag. The tomatoes on the sandwiches weren't ripe, and the spicy items also appeared to have been cooked in the same old oil.

I arrived at the restaurant to pick up a simple door-side order, but to my frustration, there were no other customers around. I waited for 10 minutes as a staff member, who clearly seemed unenthusiastic about her job, ignored the loudspeaker. While I understand that the labor market is challenging right now, businesses need to be more discerning in their hiring practices; otherwise, they risk developing a bad reputation. I’ve been sitting at the window for 12 minutes now without any updates on my order. Personally, I would rather a restaurant close than have to deal with such incompetent service. To make matters worse, I've just been informed that I need to stand by the door to wait for my food. It’s absurd! There’s now a line forming behind me, and two other cars have left without their orders.

The food was hardly warm. old, as it was already sitting there. fries wasn't even edible. all the nugget sauces and drink options were limited by lack of storage and. Girls waiting for me were quick n friendly- about the only thing the place had on him. will not disturb again with this place.

I was currently employed here, and let me tell you what a joke! They are not sanitary at all. I honestly don't even know how they're open. The whole building is dirty, all the equipment is dirty. They don't use gloves 60% of the time. Flys and gnats all over the place, Especially the self serve pop machine. They're rude as hell to costumer's. The stuff period is a joke. I started at 7 a.m. the staff was asleep in the lobby, while the manager is on her phone ignoring customers on the speaker! They're food is definitely left out way over time, the food isn't even dated! They're giving y'all week old cheese sauce etc! And no I was not fired. I quit because their general manager has a horrible attitude, and they're just very unpleasant and unprofessional... Think about your health and well being before eating here ?
