Waterloo Catering - Akron

Breakfast today. I had the Wednesday/Thursday special, which consists of two eggs, bacon, and 1/2 waffle. Including coffee, it came to around $8.50. Great deal. Eggs were over easy, bacon crispy, and waffle warm with butter and syrup. The wait staff was friendly, and the place was not crowded at all for a Wednesday morning. Waterloo offers typical breakfasts of meat and eggs, omelets, and breakfast bowls. The daily specials are good. If you want steak and eggs, they offer that, too. Outside seating available.

Food was hot and delicious. Group of 14 very patient we were waiting on our last person to show. Got the women at the other end a Creampuff. It wa so big everyone got a taste Wheelchair accessibility: We had 1 in a wheelchair very easy entry. Nice job Waterloo.

Had reservation for eighteen people on Mother’s Day. I wish someone would have informed us at time of reservation that they had a “limited menu” for that day and no children’s menu was offered. We chose this restaurant in part because of family members with diet restrictions that could not be met with the limited menu. Our waitress (Kaylie? was extremely pleasant and the best part of our dining experience.

Food wasn't all time write home about but very good. Service staff was excellent and just has a cool kind of atmosphere

If I took the time to list everything I liked about my experience here I would be writing for hours. The food was some of the best I have ever had, the milkshakes were incredible, and the customer service was by far the greatest of any restaurant I have ever been to. Enormous proportions (in a good way! and awesome staff. If you are remotely nearby, I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
