I am updating this to reflect a marked improvement in the APP and the store, We have used the app successfully a couple of times now and it works, the subs have been great and the experience is now quite satisfactory. Have no idea if the people are good, no idea because I could not get the website to work. So sad, but hey, there are lots of other options around, I'd say if this Subway wants to stay open, well, maybe... View all feedback.
Ate here a few times. It's okay. Basic Subway. No complaints or issues, but not the most amazing Subway in the world...
Love the people here. Cozy dinning room. Would give a 5 but there's no microwave?

I had a great experience with my sandwich from this place! It's rare for a sandwich to look just like the picture, but mine certainly did. The ingredients were perfectly balanced and everything was evenly arranged, including the sauce!
This is undoubtedly one of the better Subways, situated in Springfield near Giant Eagle! The staff is friendly, and the sandwiches are consistently well-made and not just thrown together, which has been a problem at other locations I've visited. I was a bit disappointed to find that they removed Diet Dr. Pepper from the fountain drink machine, as it was my favorite. Nevertheless, I would definitely go out of my way to visit this location again.
