The other reviews here are comparing this to a full Steak and Shake restaurant, which isn't exactly fair. This one is just a campus run Steak and Shake, so it's smaller, and you can't expect it to have the full menu of a normal steak and shake. They have set limited, set sizes for the fries, drinks, and shakes. For a limited menu though, it offers enough options. While there is the occasional less than enthusiastic employee, most are willing to help and are decently polite. With their pretty extended hours, it's a convenience to students that live on campus, such as south hall.
I ordered a milk shake and a side of fries at midnight and the fries were in hand before I was done paying. Literally less than 15 second turnaround. That’s awesome and I told them I’d give them a five star review.
Atmosphere is grea, the food is amazing and the shakes are delicious! The supervisor on duty, Miss Joanne, was truly a pleasure! Will definitely let everyone know to go there.
