Robeks Fresh Juices Smoothies - Akron

I visited today (12.13.21) and encountered two very friendly young ladies working there. It was a completely different experience compared to my last visit when the staff was not friendly at all. The cashier was quite low-key, looking down while speaking and whispering, which made it hard to hear her. However, once we placed our order, it was prepared quickly, tasted great, and the portion sizes were reasonable for the prices.

Update: Although I had sent a picture showing the incorrect bread, I was told I was mistaken. I received an unprofessional and vague email from someone’s personal account who didn’t even identify themselves. Overall, the quality was far below my expectations, and I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

I absolutely love this store! The staff working on weekday mornings are incredibly nice and do an excellent job. The smoothies always taste fantastic, and even when it's super busy, they manage to serve everything promptly. Anyone who complains about this place must be a difficult customer with unreasonable expectations. The customer service here is consistently outstanding, and the products are great as well!

I bought two fruit bowls and three large drinks When the delivery got here I only had 2 bowls 2 large drinks and one small one. When I informed the driver. She told me to call, why she could not go back and correct my order. I have tried to call several times on the phone and no one answers. What kind of BS is this and I paid over $40.00 for that order

May 2 2023 around 6pm cashier had no gloves on while preparing my sandwich and no hairnet poor customer service please play camera back if you don't believe me
