Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant, though empty, seated guests next to noisy workers. Service was lacking, with reminders necessary for drinks and specific orders not being followed. Despite a hair found in the food, the manager's response was unsatisfactory as nothing was taken off the bill. A disappointing experience that led the guests to not recommend the establishment. On a more positive note, a birthday visit to Red Lobster had a standout server, though disappointment arose from a menu change and high prices. Overall, the service was pleasant, but some details were overlooked. Mixed experiences that may not warrant return visits.
Excellent food, service and price! Place was quiet and very friendly
I used the app for the appointment to get my table. I still had about a minutes past our appointment time. It was very busy though. We we seated and greeted. Our waitress was pleasant and did a pretty good job except she forgot to bring my wife’s tomato caprice. We were full and wanted to leave so I let it go and didn’t ask for the back. Overall a good experience
Could have been an off night. Service was mediocre at best. The steak I got with my lobster was very fatty and tough. The wife loved her meal

Good food and good service. Everything a Red Lobster is supposed to be. It did not disappoint and the meal portions were very generous
