Contribute FeedbackOverall, the reviews for the restaurant are mixed. Some customers have complained about the cleanliness of the store, the quality of the food and drinks, and the slow service. One reviewer mentioned that the employees seem unhappy and unwelcoming. On the other hand, there are customers who love the fresh smoothies and tuna wraps, particularly mentioning the kale kapow smoothie with banana and peanut butter. Another customer appreciated the friendly service and positive experience they had at the restaurant. The place is dead. Owner should come and stay and work themshelves and see what the problem is. Can’t blame staffs for everything. Work 2 weeks you will know the problem!
They are very slow and the two ladies that are working do not care that they have a line of people waiting for drinks I am still sitting and waiting and have been for 25 mins and there is only 3 people in line they are very rude and inconsiderate.
The cashiers are nice, but the store stinks bad the three times I’ve been. The final straw for me is today. The cup smell so bad I couldn’t drink out of it. In todays time we should stop buying for convenience, and make our own, to ensure quality and clean food/drink. What a waste.
This location is probably the worst of all the locations. I’m a trucker, so I’m in out of Ohio a lot. I’ve been to several pulp locations and the University of Akron location, for whatever reason, almost never blends my smoothie well! It’s ridiculous! It’s hard trying to slurp chunks of fruit or little fine strands of ginger through a straw! I tell them everytime, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU BLEND THE SMOOTHIE WELL. They miss most of the time. Also, they really need to change the mop that they use. It’s giving the establishment an old janitors closet, mildew smell. I understand that these are just children working here, but they have to do better. And to the staff, get those kids a better mop, some glade plug ins, Lysol spray or something! The place stinks like month old Mop water!
