This place definitely has taken a turn for the worse since the pandemic. If you want better Chinese food, go to Chin's Place, Jade Dragon or the buffet in Chapel Hill.

I have bent over backwards to support this restaurant since COVID hurt their business. They don’t care! They are the rudest, most awful people when you pick up your order, or ask for any modification to anything. It’s a shame, because their food is decent, but I can’t ever give a penny again to people who are so completely awful to customers of 20 years.
