Johnny J's Pub Grille - Akron

We stopped by Johnny J's Pub for a few beers while in Akron. The prices were very affordable, only $3.25 for a 22oz mug! Tammy provided excellent service as our bartender.

I randomly chose to dine at this restaurant and was surprised by the unique bar setup. The entire cooler is located in the middle, making it unlike any other I have seen in a long time.

I received a $45 gift card for the restaurant in January. I absolutely love their mac and cheese and order it every time I go. It seems like the restaurant is always busy and crowded now.

What a change of a few years ago, we decided to take a chance and give them another shot. I'm glad we did it. I had noticed that the reviews were becoming more and more positive, so it seemed to be the right thing to do. we ordered irish cakes, fish sandwich and shrimp dinner, everything was perfectly cooked, not fat, spicy beautiful. 180 degree change from our last experience. Go on. the only negatiw I could give is the delivery menu and the prices, $4 to $6 difference per element on the door dash and over eats menus, plus a delivery fee, good gott, I could eat at alexander pierce for less.

Excellent menu, eat and service. the burgers and sides are delicious. will be back soon.
