We really like going to this restaurant and have been several times. However, I find it a bit pricey for the quality of food they serve. While the food isn’t bad, it’s rather mediocre. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly and helpful! This place has a unique atmosphere that you don’t find often in town, and it usually has a good number of customers, so it seems to be well-liked by many.
As an otr truck driver, I love to eat at these hometown restaurants whenever I get a chance. And this one didn't let me down at all. Everyone is friendly, great happy service. Affordable food pricing and a very nice place overall. Only a very short walking distance from load pickup. Will come back.
We always make it a point to visit this restaurant whenever we are in Akron. It's very kid-friendly, making it a fantastic spot for families. Additionally, the restaurant is easily accessible for those in wheelchairs.
I visited this restaurant for my birthday but, unfortunately, I wasn't offered a birthday dessert. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo fettuccine, which is one of my favorites and was quite delicious. However, I couldn't fully enjoy it because I developed a headache and my ears were ringing due to a group of disruptive diners nearby. Two women allowed their three boys to scream and be excessively loud, and rather than encouraging them to use their indoor voices, the adults actually urged them to be louder. It was really inconsiderate to the other patrons who were trying to have their own conversations. What made things worse was that no one, not even the restaurant staff, stepped in to address the situation, which made it feel like not all customers are valued.
