I ordered a mocha iced coffee with creamer, but had to ask twice for it. Unfortunately, it was served without cream and sugar. The staff member handed it to me and then walked away from the window without checking if I was finished ordering. This service was dismissive and rude. It seems like someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. This experience was unexpected as I have never had a similar issue at this location before.

Worst experience ever to start off not a single car in the lot pull up to order drinks I was visiting my daughter at the university and wanted iced tea. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and a frozen chia. I wanted iced tea the person taking my ordersaid I could only get hot tea. I proceeded to the window to pay and asked again why I could not get iced tea. The lady tried toeducated me that the hot tea would melt the ice. You make iced coffee. I could not believe your employees would not get me aniced tea or accup with ice and the hot tea I could have made my own iced tea. I paid and went to the McDonald?s next door to getan iced tea. Unbelievable service definitely won?t stop there again

Usually never have an issue with this location but today I ordered the brown sugar flavor swirl and they didn?t even put the flavor in my drink just tasted like regular iced coffee. I went inside to ask if they could remake it and they just stared at meand told me I needed sugar and cream. After I put sugar and cream I still didn?t taste the flavor. I will not be coming back tothis location I?ll drive 5 more minutes to the one down the street.

The staff at this location should be sent for retraining at George Washington Boulevard so they can properly prepare food and drinks. It might be worth making the longer drive to another Dunkin' location if the quality of service does not improve.

This Dunkin Donuts location is one of the worst I've been to. Whenever I order a hot drink, it always ends up being lukewarm. Ingredients are frequently missing from my order, and even if I order ahead, I still have to wait 15 minutes. I never encounter these issues at other locations where the drinks are consistently hot and the food is prepared better. Bagel Bites are served cold, wraps are missing cheese, and the milk is never steamed properly. The staff at this location is very lazy. I would recommend avoiding this location and going a little further to any other Dunkin Donuts instead.
