We were there for ov... read more Terrible waste of time and money. Half the games didn?t even work. The staff was playing games most of the time. So we had to wait to play. We were there for over an hour. We got unlimited cards for an hour. Never once did the mouse come out. Never andwhen we asked they lied telling us he came out and didn?t go around the room. ????????what like that?s what the mouse does comeout and go around the room they said no that?s not a rule. He doesn?t have to walk the floor. Insane. Only place I know wherethe mouse doesn?t have to walk the floor and see the kids and families.

They took out the playground tube thing awhile ago and that was a big strike against them, then they changed most of the games to tiny kids stuff, what most kids call baby stuff andboring games (there are still a few good ones) Then they changed to the card instead of tokens and that 's when my kids said theydont want to come back because to many bad things happened to this place . Its also gotten extremely expensive. To much moneyfor to little fun. The staff also has an attitude like God forbid you have to actually do something and take an order, theymake it clear with their attitude that Chuck E Cheese definitely does NOT want your money. Save your money and find anotherfamily fun center, I surprisingly found a bunch of them all local on Google that I didn 't even know existed that are totallyawesome in every way that this place is lacking.

I'm only leving 4 stars because the lady dealing with our children Had a attitude and was very rude to our children I didn't catch her name but there was a very... read more I'm only leving 4 stars because the lady dealing with our children Had a attitude and was very rude to our children I didn't catch her name but there was a very nice and sweet white lady that helped wonderfully and the shorter black lady was amazing butthe bigger black lady with dreads or braids was rude the entire time and printed recipes out and told the kids next time theycome to cash them in because she didn't feel like dealing with us at that moment. We definitely asked the other ladies who wasmore then happy to cash them in.

Talked to the workers there and they asked qu... read more Worst first experience ever! Paid for 48 minutes and the card did not reflect it immediately As I tried to use it. Talked to the workers there and they asked questions instead of listening to what I was telling them and wasted my time that should have beenused to play. I spent 15 minutes of the time trying to explain what the issue was and they eventually fixed my card but theydidn?t give me my full time. I had to go back after 20 minutes and talk to them again because all my time wasn?t given to me andthey were trying to convince me that they did since I came in at a certain time. I tried to tell even though I came in at acertain time that 48 minutes wasn?t reflecting on my card. they asked irrelevant questions and created a lot of confusing andfrustration as I was only here so that my daughter can have some fun. They eventually realized what I was telling them bychecking my card and seeing that I had 17 minutes left in my card. Even though I came in for 48 minutes I was still shorted butby the end of it I was over it and just went home. WILL NEVER GO BACK.
