I let her but I received an email 10 min later that said thanks for your highly rated survey. I had not completed the survey due to being 5 minutes in. When it came time to pay we told her x amount on 1 card then x amount on another with a gracious number for a tip. She stated that we cannot add tip onto card and has to be cash only. Seemed to be a very odd policy on the tips as most people today do not carry cash. The food was great, and all the kids had a great time.

These days you need hundreds to thousands of tickets, for the scrawniest cheapest prizes. In the 90s-early 2000s, you could win a headset or even a gaming system. The atmosphere feels let go, even the kids are bored when I went in. Now I didn't go in for gamings sake, I went in for a dose of nostalgia. I walked around, barely anyone there. This was a Saturday evening too, so I expected a crowded place. No, just a few kids looking bored hanging on the machines.

Some ski ball machines didn't have any balls in them. Prizes are way over priced even for a kids arcade. We won't be back.

Talked to the workers there and they asked qu... read more Worst first experience ever! Paid for 48 minutes and the card did not reflect it immediately As I tried to use it. Talked to the workers there and they asked questions instead of listening to what I was telling them and wasted my time that should have beenused to play. I spent 15 minutes of the time trying to explain what the issue was and they eventually fixed my card but theydidn?t give me my full time. I had to go back after 20 minutes and talk to them again because all my time wasn?t given to me andthey were trying to convince me that they did since I came in at a certain time. I tried to tell even though I came in at acertain time that 48 minutes wasn?t reflecting on my card. they asked irrelevant questions and created a lot of confusing andfrustration as I was only here so that my daughter can have some fun. They eventually realized what I was telling them bychecking my card and seeing that I had 17 minutes left in my card. Even though I came in for 48 minutes I was still shorted butby the end of it I was over it and just went home. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

They took out the playground tube thing awhile ago and that was a big strike against them, then they changed most of the games to tiny kids stuff, what most kids call baby stuff andboring games (there are still a few good ones) Then they changed to the card instead of tokens and that 's when my kids said theydont want to come back because to many bad things happened to this place . Its also gotten extremely expensive. To much moneyfor to little fun. The staff also has an attitude like God forbid you have to actually do something and take an order, theymake it clear with their attitude that Chuck E Cheese definitely does NOT want your money. Save your money and find anotherfamily fun center, I surprisingly found a bunch of them all local on Google that I didn 't even know existed that are totallyawesome in every way that this place is lacking.
