Highly recommend the restaurant and seafood.

When I inquir... read more Excellent food and service! I ordered crab-stuffed shrimp, which was served with mashed potatoes and vegetables, specifically zucchini and squash. When I inquired about other vegetable options, I was informed that asparagus was available for a $4 extra charge. I found the limited choices for sides disappointing, which is why I deducted one star. Nevertheless, the food was still fantastic. My dad ordered the apple pie, but it wasn't very impressive. The ice cream, on the other hand, was delicious (when isn't it?).

Our w... read more I had my first meal at Chowder House and was truly impressed. I ordered the crab-stuffed shrimp scampi and the clam chowder, both of which were excellent. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, assisting us with food recommendations and convincing us to try the dessert—the salted caramel cheesecake—which I definitely do not regret. I can't wait to go back!
