The restaurant is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Being a newer establishment adds to its appeal. I highly recommend the pizza and cheese sticks; they were excellent! As for parking, it's sufficient for a small town. The service was focused on takeout. I would say the price per person falls in the range of $20–30 for dinner. Overall, a great experience! It's truly disappointing to see a restaurant with more than eight customers waiting, some of whom came in only to leave without being acknowledged. The counter associate was too preoccupied with texting on her phone to greet anyone—no "hello," "hi," or "good morning." The lack of customer service was unacceptable! Hawarden Casey's is by far the worst hands down. Go in for lunch, nothing in the warmers, doesn't seem like anyone knows what's going on. Not impressed at all. One would think that they would have something in the warmer, not everyone wants a sub sandwich or something else out of the cooler.
I was going 2 Iowa to see my friend casey so i type it in google and it take me here? HAHA. THIS IS NOT MY FRIEND CASEY HOUSE. I ask man to say where my frend casry? and he does no say. Sorry English not my best language but i do get taste mushroom pizza! If u know where my friend casey is please tell me.
It's pretty sad when you have over 8 customers waiting, customers that walked in just to turn around and walk out all the while the counter associate is on her phone texting.
